They travel to Rome, but Aubrey leaves Lord Ruthven due to certain circumstances. This short story is immensely influential. I have little doubt that Lord Ruthven was inspired by Lord Byron. It is difficult to get involved in this story, more like a sketch, which could have been a good novel, enriched with details, dialogues, and a fastest pace. His most successful lolidori was the short story “The Vampyre”the first published modern vampire story. The contents of the vast majority of titles in the Classic Library have been scanned from the original works. On the inside and all the way down to his gooey, undead center, Lord Ruthven is a walking, talking warehouse of evil, corruption and sadism and there is not a single redeeming aspect to his personality.
